Viral Collapse’s Contagious Creatures!

Social games attract all types of players, competitive, dedicated, passionate, and creative. It takes all these types and more to make Mobage the diverse and exciting community it is today. While some of these players are the principal voices in our community, once in awhile we’ll get to talk to a fan who express themselves a little more uniquely.

One such fan is Liana K. a puzzle game fan and talented seamstress. Despite not owning an Android or iPhone, she is an exceptional fan of Viral Collapse, our match 3 game developed by Oktagon Games in Brazil.

I had an opportunity to speak to Liana, and her enthusiasm for the game’s creatures, that you tap in Viral Collapse is infectious, “My favorite virus is the green one, I think it’s oddly adorable!”

While she can only play on her brothers devices, she still spends hours with the game’s friendly little mascots. How? By bringing them to life as hand sewn plush toys. Each Viral Plushy, as she affectionately calls them only take about a day or two to make and are perfect copies of the game’s charismatic monsters.

Personally I’m a fan of the mischievous purple virus who seems to be equally as impressed with Liana’s talent as he checks out his pushy friends from the corners of his sizable eyes.

But don’t fall too in love with these little plushies as they are only a hobby for Liana, and not for sale. As of now the only way to catch these viruses is via the mobile game which is free to download, play and like Liana, love. But watch out - it’s contagious!
